Expenditures that are entirely and solely for the purposes of the Taxable Person's business Expenditures that do not possess a capital nature Expenditures incurred within the tax period Employee cost (such as salary, staff rent, joining, training expense, etc.) Depreciation Direct cost related to company (i.e. taxable person) All transactions with related parties and connected persons subject to two conditions: o Incurred for business purpose o Arms length price Sales discount Provisions for expected credit loss and provision for slow moving stock backed by commercial rationale and scientific basis. Entertainment expenditure incurred for employees such as refreshment, team lunch etc. 50% of entertainment expenditure (including meals, accommodation and transportation etc.) incurred for customers, shareholder, suppliers or other business partners. Other office expenses such as telephone expenses, insurance expenses, postage/ courier expense, electricity & water expense, printing & stationery and repairs & maintenance's etc Vehicle related expenses (including repair and maintenance) incurred for the purpose of business Expenses such as travelling/accommodation incurred by employees/KMPs for attending meetings/ visiting new distributors for the business purpose. Proper documents shall be maintained to demonstrate such expenses exclusively incurred for business purpose/expansion.
